I should be busy doing more story, but I took a side-trip to improve some basic quality of life things in the engine.

The first one was to improve the quick navigation system; beyond making it city-wide, I also added support for knowing where characters and events are happening.

The second one was a save game improvement. A lot of users come from RenPy, and are used to the quality of life in having the ability to save and undo anywhere. Since I previously only let you save when you were not in dialog, that got some people frustrated.  I updated the system to allow saving / loading from anywhere (except mid-combat); it was a bit of a pain, but hopefully worth it.

Finally I got back to making some wallpapers. I'm actually really happy with how this one worked out:
